I’m embarrassed to admit but until last night I did not
realize how many calories Raisins have. Every morning I stuff my face with
Oatmeal & Raisins from The Pump restaurant. If that were not enough every
day I usually get a bag of dark chocolate covered raisins to snack on at my
desk. I am estimating that I consumed almost 500 calories worth of raisins per
weekday.
Needless to say I will be severely restricting my raisin
intake.
Since starting my program last week I have lost more weight
than I planned. If I lose more than 3lbs again this week I will make some
modifications.
Haven’t commuted last two days; It’s been below freezing
both days with radio traffic reports of black ice - I don't have the handling skills of Alberto Contador.
